This room is available from May 1, 2012 until April 30, 2013 (12 month lease). It is a 2 floor red brick town house. Everything is new, as this town house was only built about 6 years ago. The room is very spacious. It has a double door closet, a large L shaped desk, a pull out couch and a vanity (the room is fully furnished, however if you would like to bring all of your stuff in instead thats not a problem). The living-room and kitchen are quite large, and is an open concept, with a huge island. If you would like to see more pictures, I am more than willing to e-mail them to you! There is a bus stop right outside the town house (2 Dundas) and takes approx 2 mins to get to campus (via bus), and takes about 12 mins to walk. It is also a $7.00 cab ride from down town.
